I have unfortunately been involved in 3 car accidents and suffer from neck and back issues mainly due to those traumatic events. Add years of dancing, flicking my head around, not warming up or cooling down appropriately and jumping into acrobatic positions at the drop of a dare, have left me with an injury that likes to prop it’s nasty head up every few months or so, if not treated properly with care and respect.
