How Pilates classes can boost your mood and build your brain

Often when we start out as a beginner Pilates student we focus only on the physical benefits of our workouts. We join a Pilates class and look up to the Pilates instructor, admiring their level of fitness, strength and toned physiques. But there is one thing that stands out at our BASI Pilates studios from Cape Town to Pretoria, and that is the energy and cheerfulness of the Pilates instructors. So why do they seem so happy? Well, there are more benefits to your Pilates training than you may think.
