Umoya Pilates studio is set in the beautiful town of Salt Rock. Our studio is a tranquil space for all to come and enjoy. We have wonderful views of the sea and palm trees which aid in making your experience with us truly amazing. Our studio is fully equipped with 3 full time qualified instructors. We pride ourselves in offering all our clients one on one attention and will go out of our way to accomadate our clients. We have been based here 5 years and have a wonderful community of clients.

The Pilates Lounge
The Pilates Lounge is based in Pretoria. We have a up-beat, friendly and energized atmosphere. We teach any Pilates class you can think off. Most of our classes are equipment based and we do interesting projects with our mat work. We have a big variety of group classes available and can see up to 3 people at a time on the equipment. We have a very low instructor turn over, which means your instructor will be experienced and informed.
